Cardio Kickboxing High-energy cardio training. Conditioning exercises, stretching, and fighting combinations with a partner on focus mitts or pads. Participants wear comfortable workout clothes, no shoes (or mat shoes) and boxing gloves and handwraps (or MMA gloves).
Beginning Cardio Kickboxing Designed to familiarize new members to the cardio training at KickBlast!. Conditioning exercises, stretching, basic kicks and punches, with emphasis on proper technique. Learn to hold focus mitts and pads for partner exercises.
Mixed Martial Arts - Adults KickBlast!'s own blend of martial arts, called American Freestyle Mixed Martial Arts, incorporates techniques from Shaolin Kenpo, Karate, Jiu Jitsu, Boxing, Muay Thai, Escrima and Jeet Kune Do, as well as self-defense combat techniques and weaponry. Sparring Full contact sparring for all levels from beginner to competition level fighters. Emphasis on footwork, combinations, techniques and strategy. Participants wear comfortable workout clothes, 12 oz (minimum) gloves, wraps, mouthguard, shinguards, headgear, and groin protection. Beginners may try the class without full contact, all are welcome. 90 minutes.

Kids' Karate Karate for kids ages 4 and up. Emphasis on martial arts skills and fundamentals in a fun and supportive environment. Special attention given to building self-esteem and discipline at the dojo, at home and in school. Participants wear full uniform (gi). (Class placement in adult or kids' classes at instructor's discretion).
